Private Sector Tendering – 18th October

There are real opportunities to win new work within the public sector in the North West, however many businesses both large and small perceive that bidding for this work is complex and confusing. In this workshop we will show you how you can learn about where the opportunities are and how you can position yourself to stand out from the crowd when you are bidding for this work.
We have teamed up with Innovas Business who have extensive experience working for Government and local Councils and also advising companies on how to win business in the pubic sector.
The workshop will cover:
Identifying The Opportunity
Looking at the Perils, understand how to reduce the risks.
How to ensure your Processes will be Government compliant.
How to complete and navigate your way around the complex forms.
How to maximise the opportunities of gaining a successful bid.
You will also come away with a suggested Approach including where to look, how to recognise the opportunities and when to bid and when not to.
The workshop will be held on:
